About Us
Trusted Expertise Serving the Entire Omaha Metro Area: Our Story & Commitment
Welcome to Pond Doctors & The Groundskeeper. Our history is defined by 60 years of hands-on experience as master craftsmen dedicated to the landscape and pond industry in the Omaha metro area. Since our founding in 2011, we have translated this deep well of knowledge into award-winning designs and professional installations. We operate two highly specialized divisions—The Pond Doctor and The Groundskeeper—to offer a complete, end-to-end service for every aspect of your outdoor living space. Our mission is to combine unmatched expertise with a commitment to transforming your property into a beautiful, functional extension of your home.
The company is owned by David Sipherd, Todd Lewis, and Christian Sipherd. Pond Doctors was initially co-founded in 2006 by David and Todd, building upon David’s knowledge of the aquarium industry and Todd’s two decades of existing expertise in landscaping and ponds. Due to growth and hard work, the need for a dedicated landscaping division became apparent, and so The Groundskeeper was introduced in 2011. Since the merger, we have been committed to creating award-winning, unique spaces while delivering first-class service and maintenance.
